Program Coordinator

• Provide daily hands-on leadership and support for the Liberation Program
• Collaborate with Director to develop program plans and budgets
• Lead staff in the fulfillment of program objectives
• Proactively identify program challenges and facilitate resolutions
• Provide coaching, guidance, and daily programmatic support to Liberation staff members
• Monitor staff performance and provide tailored development plans
