About the role
- Own monthly management reporting process and analysis on Labor and Operating Expenses
- Be the primary business partner for Brewing, Packaging, Maintenance & Warehouse departments
- Actively participate in annual zero based budgeting exercise and quarterly forecast processes
- Lead the Cost Savings program for the brewery, tracking projects to ensure visibility to risk and opportunities
- Identify and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities for the Supply Chain Finance Team
- Participate in the annual development of Standard Costs, collaborate with operations managers to build segment loss targets and throughput assumptions
- Collaborate across the brewery and across supply chain finance team on ad-hoc analysis, delivering business critical analysis with a sense of urgency and a focus on accuracy
- Working with the Brewery Supervisors and assist with weekly Liquid Inventory Reconciliations
Requirements
- 4yr Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical competencies to analyze and leverage data from internal and external sources, and persuasively present findings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Cost accounting experience preferred, with experience with year end absorption
- SAP experience strongly preferred
