About the role

  • Responsible for the creation and development of omni-retail strategies driving toward your clients goals using data driven, customer centric decision making.
  • Gather and analyze market and industry data, staying current on omni-retail trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities, strategic pivots, and enhance efficiency.
  • Define and execute the overarching strategic vision for your team: aligning it with market trends and the competitive landscape, establishing and nurturing key partnerships, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and driving the long-term growth and success of your team, the company, and our clients.
  • Develop and oversee the client teams processes, aligning them with the company's strategic goals, while leading the team and collaborating cross functionally to implement large scale process changes and evaluating their impact on the overall business performance.
  • Assume full responsibility for managing your client: the entire meeting lifecycle (client preparation, communication, timeline updates, agenda creation, etc.), development and maintenance of project management (defining project scope, goals, deliverables, etc.) and timelines.
  • Foster strategic client relationships, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving while maintaining a positive client perception and support for the organization's goals.

Requirements

  • 8 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (or experience equivalent to four years of college) in a related field
  • Expertise in Amazon and Walmart platforms: Vendor & Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link & Supplier Center
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be excellent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to take and give constructive feedback as a tool for professional growth
  • Proven track record of managing people effectively by providing a clear vision, conflict resolution, and development opportunities to ensure the success of your team.
  • Excellent sound judgement, professionalism, and effective (verbal & written) communication.
  • Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and demanding work environment, overseeing multiple moving pieces, decisions, conflicting priorities, and diverse relationships.
  • Strong analytical, interpretative, and constructive thinking skills in varied situations, coupled with tact and reasoning, enabling effective problem discussion, data presentation, and responsible decision-making.
