About the role

  • You design and support HR processes across the entire employee life cycle — from recruiting to offboarding
  • You provide competent advice to managers and employees on HR-related and employment law matters
  • You prepare legally compliant employment documents and manage document administration
  • You manage and support operational and strategic HR processes — from recruiting and talent development to separation management
  • You monitor deadlines and HR processes and reliably execute them in our systems
  • You contribute to company integration management (BEM) and handle matters related to occupational safety, maternity protection and parental leave
  • You are the first point of contact for Workday-related questions and are responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and approval processes
  • You implement measures in the areas of compensation, learning & development and career management
  • You work collaboratively with the works council
  • You contribute to the further development of our HR processes and organizational structure

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally in a corporate/matrix environment
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law and experience working with the works council
  • Structured, proactive and service-oriented working style — also in dynamic situations
  • Sense of responsibility for complying with all HR policies and approval processes within your area of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience with Workday is a plus
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
  • Enjoys team work (remote and on-site) as well as varied tasks and projects
