About the role
- You design and support HR processes across the entire employee life cycle — from recruiting to offboarding
- You provide competent advice to managers and employees on HR-related and employment law matters
- You prepare legally compliant employment documents and manage document administration
- You manage and support operational and strategic HR processes — from recruiting and talent development to separation management
- You monitor deadlines and HR processes and reliably execute them in our systems
- You contribute to company integration management (BEM) and handle matters related to occupational safety, maternity protection and parental leave
- You are the first point of contact for Workday-related questions and are responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and approval processes
- You implement measures in the areas of compensation, learning & development and career management
- You work collaboratively with the works council
- You contribute to the further development of our HR processes and organizational structure
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or a degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally in a corporate/matrix environment
- Solid knowledge of German employment law and experience working with the works council
- Structured, proactive and service-oriented working style — also in dynamic situations
- Sense of responsibility for complying with all HR policies and approval processes within your area of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with Workday is a plus
- Business-fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
- Enjoys team work (remote and on-site) as well as varied tasks and projects
