About the role

  • serve as a key partner for clients and internal teams, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex prototyping and fixture projects
  • collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, Design/Prototyping, and Production to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
  • build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and vendor resources
  • identify project interdependencies, support critical path planning, and help align work across teams
  • work alongside sales teams to identify growth opportunities and promote product innovations
  • contribute to new business development
  • perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within the retail industry
  • experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects involving prototyping, fixtures, or production
  • pay close attention to details
  • strong knowledge of project management tools, scheduling methodologies, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • self-motivated, strategic, and proactive in identifying customer, resource, and organizational needs
  • ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and solve problems effectively and creatively
  • effective time management and self-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent judgment when balancing resources, timelines, and competing priorities
  • understanding and maintaining the confidential nature of company, employee, and customer information.
