Solutions Engineer

• Integrate third-party payment gateways, banking APIs, and financial services while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient data exchanges.
• Manage RESTful & GraphQL APIs and implement authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, etc.).
• Build middleware solutions to connect different financial service providers and develop developer-friendly SDKs (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
• Work with payment gateways, card processors, and ACH/wire transfer providers to optimize payments, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, and financial data compliance; collaborate with regulatory & compliance teams.
• Design high-availability systems with proper failover and redundancy and use observability tools.

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Investigates and analyzes potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and fraudulent transactions and document findings up to and including filing out Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalating cases to the proper government enforcement authorities.
• Conducts financial forensic investigations on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) cases involving complex transaction patterns, including those derived from internal escalations, referrals from business lines, law enforcement requests, and department intelligence.
• Determines and pursues the best investigative approach for each unique case, ensuring material risk factors are addressed in compliance with AML department policies and regulatory expectations.
• Writes and prepares Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), following established regulatory guidelines and time frames.
• Documents steps taken through the investigation escalation process through supporting research and data.
• Communicates findings, status, open issues, and other AML-related items to management regularly.
• Interfaces with internal and external partners to obtain information, as needed, on questionable transaction activity.
• Works closely with internal groups to ensure understanding of SAR and investigative requirements.
• Provides feedback, input, and suggestions on Know Your Customer (KYC) issues, acting as a subject matter expert on the operations and processes to streamline and improve function effectiveness.

Data Engineer

• Acts as a lead developer and designer for the data warehouse team.
• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains applications and processes to parse, extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources to the data warehouse.
• Develops ETL/ELT processes and models for parsing, extracting, and loading data.
• Documents, tests, and debugs data programs prior to implementation in the live production environment using standard testing and validation protocols.
• Groups and summarizes data to optimize performance for scheduled processes and end user reporting.
• Develops, maintains, and supports the data warehouse data structures and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develops complex data feeds and reports for external and internal clients as requested.
• Questions users to determine fields and array of data needed to fulfill requests.
• Creates and documents reports.
• Builds dynamic end user reporting systems to generate standard scheduled reports and easy interface functionality for ad hoc reporting needs.
