Recruitment Partner

Executive Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and People Director
• Provide additional administrative support to the wider Executive Team and Operations Directors.
• Provide extensive diary management support including set up site visits, Teams meetings, hotel bookings and face to face meetings as required.
• Provide administrative support, including minute taking in meetings and projects.
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
• Lead the organisation of meetings and events across the UK and at the Central office.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required in line with role and responsibilities.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Process and pay supplier invoices
• Resolve supplier invoice queries
• Ensure that supplier statements are reconciled on a timely basis and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Assist with month end accruals, prepayments and processes
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Work closely with other departments and schools to resolve invoice and payment issues

Finance Administrator

• Support the recruitment team managing all permanent and FTC recruitment across multiple sites in the UK
• Direct attraction of candidates
• Advertising roles and searching for candidates on job boards
• Promoting and articulating roles to candidates
• Maintaining the ATS
• Shortlisting and arranging interviews

Recruitment Resourcer – Administrator

Director

• Unify and lead our Infrastructure, MIS and Data Insights teams under one centralised department.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance our capabilities.
• Ensure scalability and security to support a diverse user base and safeguard sensitive data.
• Deliver excellence by providing robust solutions for our staff, learners, families and stakeholders.
• Work in strong collaboration with our DPO to ensure all systems and processes are designed and operate with data protection built in.
• Report directly to the CEO and shape the future of technology within our organisation.
