Requirements
- Insurance Industry experience is essential for this role
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience
- Need to be proactive, use your initiative and show us your entrepreneurial spirit
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone as well as by email, so experience in customer service is important too
- Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential within a financially regulated organisation
