About the role
- Work closely with the North West Management team in a dynamic team environment.
- Work on company driven sales campaigns around the current Arachas lead facilities.
- Generate and convert Open Market Commercial New Business.
- Seek, Quote and Convert quotations for new commercial clients.
- Meet challenging income acquisition and referral targets set.
- Assist in achieving the overall objectives of the Commercial Lines New Business Team.
- Manage aged debt and premium collection in line with company procedures.
- Build effective working relationships with all prospective clients.
- Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work.
Requirements
- CIP Qualified
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous Open I experience
- Previous successful Insurance Sales experience
- Significant technical insurance knowledge
- Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients in a limited time frame
- Strong work ethic
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Quick learning capabilities and an aptitude for understanding the variable elements of insurance products.
