• Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters
• Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business
• Supporting a busy, high-volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals
• Working alongside senior colleagues and external counsel on more complex property matters where required
