Manager

• Lead and coach the team to deliver our obligations within the lease end process, recording the condition of the property, scoping the space for reletting project works and securing the space.
• Coach and develop the team so they are able to confidently and competently take ownership of the scoping and delivery of all simple re-letting project works, liaising with internal teams and external contractors as necessary
• Be integral to the success of the new maintenance service provider, utilising data and insight to ensure all reactive works are completed within agreed SLAs, coaching and upskilling the team to understand delivery and support the continuous improvement following go live
• Ensure the delivery of the Operational Risk Management Inspections programme within your team to identify, manage and mitigate risk across the portfolio and ensure that the portfolio and all the assets therein are both head-lease and statutory compliant.
• Create, develop, and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal colleagues such as Heads of Property Management and Heads of Asset Management, coaching your team to replicate, and visibly lead in improving the appearance of the ArchCo portfolio & improving our operational delivery
• Have a detailed understanding of the strategy of your portfolio, and ensure you are aligned with any operational changes, designing, translating, supporting and delivering any business change projects.

Site Facilities Manager

• Work alongside the Heads of Asset Management to deliver strategic plans across large, diverse portfolios.
• Own key asset‑level metrics such as rent roll, ERVs, and occupancy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day estate management activities to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Work with Finance and Credit Control to resolve arrears challenges.
• Manage the asset life cycle to ensure timely and effective returns to market.
• Deliver value‑add initiatives including regears, surrenders, re‑lettings and ad‑hoc transactions.
• Partner with the leasing team on complex deals involving capex and planning.
• Support acquisitions and disposals with data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Liaise with external valuers and represent The Arch Company at local BIDs and stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with Property Management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Providing outstanding customer service and sales skills to a broad range of B2B customers.
• Managing contact with customers via phone and email and assisting them in finding suitable properties and answering questions within our agreed SLA.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries.
• Coordinating and confirming internal agents’ viewings.
• Working with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Logging and monitoring of customer queries.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the Team Leader.
• Learning our unique and diverse portfolio and going onto site monthly to assist with open days.
