Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting, negotiating and completing a wide range of commercial leases and other transactional property documentation
Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters
Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business
Supporting a busy, high-volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals
Working alongside senior colleagues and external counsel on more complex property matters where required
