• Opportunity Leadership Development & Coaching Program Management: Serve as the central point of coordination for our leadership development and executive coaching work, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.\n• Program Delivery & Operations: Lead the planning and execution of cohort-based leadership programs and strategic initiatives; manage logistics end to end.\n• Knowledge & Systems Management: Build and maintain internal systems to capture program knowledge, templates, feedback, and best practices.\n• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate across ILO subcontractors, facilitators, and content leads to ensure all program components are aligned and executed on time.\n• Prepare high-quality materials — decks, agendas, memos, and reports — that reflect the quality of ILO’s brand.\n• Travel and remote coordination, client-facing elements, and ongoing program oversight for multiple concurrent workstreams.
