• Elevate the voice of the customer across the organization by advocating for research integration into product, brand, and culinary strategies. Ensure insights are consistently informing innovation and refinement. Lead the organization’s approach to customer understanding by embedding a culture of insight-driven decision-making. Translate research into strategic opportunities that guide messaging, campaigns, and product direction, leveraging your strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and online shopping behaviors.
• Drive operational excellence across marketing initiatives by setting clear goals, establishing KPIs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Oversee marketing budgets and collaborate with FP&A to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Project Manager

• Drive cross-functional coordination across Culinary, Marketing, Brand/Creative, Product & Engineering, Loyalty, and Operations to ensure smooth and timely meal launches.
• Manage and update launch calendars with the Marketing PM, including workback schedules for new meals, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
• Own timelines and deliverables for Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat launches, ensuring accountability across all teams.
• Facilitate meetings by setting agendas, capturing key outcomes, and following up on next steps to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clean and organized documentation across Galley, Admin, Asana, and other systems to ensure visibility and consistency.
• Identify risks early and propose solutions to remove blockers.
• Fully own the web upload process, ensuring product data, recipe content, and imagery flow accurately between Culinary, Creative, and eCommerce.
• Capture learnings post-launch and collaborate with teams on continuous process improvements.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary.

• Query and analyze large datasets to extract and communicate meaningful insights.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling within the analytics stack.
• Conduct statistical analyses, design experiment frameworks, and evaluate results.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Produce clear reports, visualizations, and presentations for leadership and teams.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and emerging trends.
• Apply structured thinking and logical analysis to navigate ambiguity and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all analytic outputs.
• The Main Ingredients
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analysis and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to varied audiences.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality, reliable outputs.
• Experience with dbt or modern data stack tools is a plus.
