Enterprise Kill Chain M&S Analyst

Engineer

• Resolve design and test issues/anomalies/challenges via detailed structural assessment of launch vehicle hardware including stage tanks, interstage structures, engine thrust structures and payload accommodation components
• Offer technical consultation to management, customers, contractors, and government organizations in formulating and assessing test plans, procedures, objectives, and success criteria
• Contribute to increased agility in the mission assurance process of assessing structural integrity and survivability by recognizing and understanding the varying risk postures of different programs and actively monitoring evolving priorities

Launch Structures Engineer

• Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), explore Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and incorporate complex operational constraints into the design and maturation of space systems that support RPO objectives.
• Support evaluation of contested space mission applications to assess system vulnerabilities and contribute to the development of operational concepts.

• Supporting parts, materials, and processes (PM&P) program management functions which include – PM&P selection commensurate with application risk tolerance, control boards, design reviews, and manufacturing readiness reviews
• Provide ongoing technical consultation and advice to management, internal/external customers, and contractors on the evaluation, selection, and use of advanced semiconductor packaging (e.g., 2.5/3D, system in package, multi-chip module) for space and missile applications

• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to ascertain their highest risks and hardest problems; team with Aerospace, Contractor, and Government contributors to mitigate these risks and solve these problems.
• Provide technical leadership to flight and/or ground system concept, architecture, design, development, integration, test, operations, and/or sustainment.
• Work with Aerospace’s Engineering and Technology Group to develop proofs of concept and prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions.

• Perform evaluation of contractor spacecraft and launch vehicle electrical and electronic system and equipment designs, including intentional and unintentional electromagnetic radiated and conducted emissions and susceptibility to internal and external generated electromagnetic environments.
