About the role
- Own and grow our Customer Success Products portfolio, such as Flight Paths, Premier and Customer Success Plans, so customers see value fast.
- Partner with our Software Companies to design products that make sense for customers across their journey.
- Lead a team of Success Product Managers, helping them use data well, think clearly and build products that lift consolidated margin and support a strong team engagement score.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product teams so our success products are easy to sell, simple to deliver and support better Flight Path In Time and stronger Total Net Promoter Score.
Requirements
- Significant experience building or improving products in a software setting, ideally in Software as a Service.
- Experience using customer insights and product data to guide decisions and shape improvements.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working across many teams in a complex environment.
- A customer-led mindset, with experience turning customer needs into simple product ideas.
