About the role

  • Form a close partnership with the General Manager and their leadership team to guide decisions and support the success of the division
  • Provide clear, timely financial reporting and insight to help senior colleagues understand performance and spot opportunities
  • Lead forecasting, planning and budgeting, making sure our processes are reliable and help the business stay on track
  • Review commercial cases and support decisions that contribute to long-term growth

Requirements

  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner with an accredited financial qualification like ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence influencing senior leaders across non-finance teams
  • Experience in financial modelling, including building models that support commercial decisions
  • Experience working in a software or subscription-based business, with an understanding of revenue growth and pricing
