About the role

  • Continuously evolve our ITSM platform (Freshservice) to ensure it remains highly available, robust, and empowering for all users
  • Deliver maintenance and break-fix solutions for tooling issues and fulfil BAU requests for system changes
  • Manage and administer our enterprise ITSM ecosystem including Freshservice, Device42 CMDB, and the integrations we have with other business solutions
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise systems using REST APIs

Requirements

  • Management and administration experience with enterprise ITSM toolsets
  • Demonstrable application of ITIL principles in large enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or Java
  • Hands-on experience developing REST API integrations for automation and tooling connectivity
