About the role
- Manage approximately 7 direct reports across 2 Delta Squads
- Operate as a player/manager, running your own Delta Pod
- Accountable for the engineering delivery of agreed roadmap, technical and quality deliverables
- Conduct quarterly Employee Success Plan reviews
- Ensure development standards are established, known, and followed within the Scrum team
- Drive a high-performance culture through SMART quarterly objectives aligned with strategic goals
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Paycircle product through leadership of an Agile team
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with or possess a strong aptitude for AI-augmented development tools
- Technical leadership across squads
- Experience with SaaS payroll products
- Familiarity with C#, .NET Framework, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), Microservices, WCF, Azure Service Fabric, Web API, REST, JSON, Angular, AngularJS, SQL integration (ADO.NET, EF, LINQ), HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Visual Studio & VS Code, Automated Build (CI) and Deployments, Azure DevOps, Git-based Source Control
- Experience with AI-augmented development workflows
- Familiarity with measuring AI productivity multipliers
