• As a Technical Trainer, you will develop practical, digital learning programs with us that prepare professionals for the challenges of the energy transition — and spark enthusiasm for green technologies.
• You translate practical know-how into curricula and learning objectives and create the learning materials for our qualification and onboarding programs.
• You plan and deliver theoretical and hands‑on practical trainings.
• You help determine which learning formats best suit the content, with a focus on digital and practice‑oriented formats.
• You actively shape our courses, especially within our learning app and other digital learning environments.
• You work closely with our partner companies to ensure the courses are professionally and didactically prepared.
• You accompany projects from the idea stage through to completed learning modules.

• You actively shape our courses, especially in our learning app and other digital learning environments.
• You work closely with our partner companies to optimally prepare courses from a subject-matter and didactic perspective.
• You support projects from the initial idea through to finished learning modules.

General

• Als Technische(r) Trainer:in entwickelst du mit uns praxisnahe, digitale Lernprogramme, die Fachkräfte auf die Herausforderungen der Energiewende vorbereiten - und für grüne Technologien begeistern.
• Du übersetzt praktisches Know-how in Curricula und Lernziele und erstellst die Lerninhalte für unsere Qualifizierungs- und Onboardingprogramme.
• Du planst und führst theoretische sowie praktische Trainings durch.
• Du bestimmst mit, welche Lernformate am besten zu den Inhalten passen, wobei der Fokus auf digitalen und praxisnahen Formaten liegt.
• Du gestaltest unsere Kurse aktiv mit, vor allem in unserer Lern-App und in digitalen Lernumgebungen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Partnerunternehmen zusammen, um die Kurse fachlich und didaktisch optimal aufzubereiten.
• Du begleitest Projekte von der Idee bis hin zu fertigen Lernmodulen.
