About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Technical Trainer, you will develop practical, digital learning programs with us that prepare professionals for the challenges of the energy transition — and spark enthusiasm for green technologies.
You translate practical know-how into curricula and learning objectives and create the learning materials for our qualification and onboarding programs.
You plan and deliver theoretical and hands‑on practical trainings.
You help determine which learning formats best suit the content, with a focus on digital and practice‑oriented formats.
You actively shape our courses, especially within our learning app and other digital learning environments.
You work closely with our partner companies to ensure the courses are professionally and didactically prepared.
You accompany projects from the idea stage through to completed learning modules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical knowledge: You have sound knowledge in electrical engineering or similar vocational fields.
A completed vocational qualification or degree in an electrical engineering field is an advantage.
Professional experience: You either have practical experience as an electrician, ideally in the renewable energy sector, or you bring experience as an instructor, trainer, or tutor in this field.
Both would be ideal!
Didactic skills: You can explain complex technical content clearly and practically, and ideally have initial experience with online learning and/or content creation.
You work in an organized manner, take responsibility, and enjoy experimenting with new approaches.
Your German is business‑fluent, both written and spoken.
