Controller

• Oversee general ledger integrity through account analysis, reconciliations, and financial accuracy
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple client engagements
• Review financial statements, management reports, KPIs, and business insights
• Direct core accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash management, and treasury
• Optimize clients' chart of accounts, accounting processes, and reporting structures
• Ensure GAAP compliance while identifying and mitigating accounting and regulatory risks
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance
• Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and scalable solutions
• Partner with clients to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance
• Mentor, coach, and develop accounting staff while fostering technical excellence
• Collaborate with Client CFOs and internal teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Lead system implementations, special projects, and initiatives that support firm growth
