About the role

  • Support the development and execution of TGC’s brand direction and core messaging for Japan market
  • Own or deeply contribute to brand-level projects, including brand campaigns, offline experiences, and content initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with global teams, local partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects effectively
  • Participate in the planning and review of brand-related content (copy, visuals, video, offline materials) to ensure brand consistency
  • Conduct post-project reviews and build long-term insights into Japanese players and the Japan local market

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or content-related roles
  • Familiar with Japanese market of game industry
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • A long-term brand mindset, beyond short-term marketing performance
