• Own the QA process, defining and continuously refining our quality strategy, workflows, test frameworks, and success metrics across the project.
• Lead and maintain a high-performing internal QA organization, while establishing effective partnerships and accountability with external QA vendors.
• Be the primary quality partner to the development teams, providing clear quality signals, risk assessments, and readiness input to inform scheduling, prioritization, and release decisions.
• Establish and maintain QA standards, documentation, and reporting to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Oversee vendor QA strategy and performance, including scope definition, quality expectations, and integration with internal QA efforts.
• Own platform compliance and certification readiness across all target platforms, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans.

Engineer

• Run, maintain, and optimize continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) build system environments, specifically Unreal Engine Horde and Jenkins.
• Migrate legacy pipeline workflows from Jenkins to UE Horde.
• Deploy and manage standardized Horde pipeline jobs for building on multiple platforms (PC, PS5, XBOX).
• Configure, fix, and enhance build pipelines for optimal reliability and performance.
• Automate build and pipeline processes using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and standard methodologies for build system usage.
• Collaborate closely with Perforce specialists to ensure flawless integration between build systems, tools, and source control.

• Support the creation and integration of AAA quality gameplay animations that reflect the game design goals and mechanics using Unreal Engine 5
• Create and maintain Unreal Engine Blueprints for animation systems and state machines
• Use procedural solutions to create, process, polish and integrate AAA quality facial animations that are believable and engaging
• Collaborate with the animation team to ensure cinematics and gameplay are a seamless holistic experience, using Unreal Engine's sequencer and proprietary workflows
• Use and design debug tools to solve animation issues
• Be proactive, assisting with troubleshooting workflows, rigging and pipeline issues
• Effectively connect with animators, engineers, and design, to give and accept feedback

Senior Narrative Technical Animator

• Work with Audio Director to deliver all audio and dialogue content in the game on time, at quality and on budget.
• Create and maintain the schedule and related task tracking across dialogue, audio effects, music, orchestration and related deliverables through to game integration.
• Oversee external partners, book sessions, and manage relationships.
• Assist with supervision of localization.
• Work collaboratively with production and department leadership to drive decision making that achieves both the project goals and company values.
