• **Client Success**
• - Serve as the main point of contact for our portfolio of clients.
• - Be able to run client calls, recap next steps, and ensure deliverables are clear.
• - Anticipate client needs and communicate proactively.
• **Operations & Fulfillment**
• - Oversee ClickUp boards, task timelines, and dependencies.
• - Run internal ops syncs with the creative, email, and media teams.
• - Manage workflow handoffs between departments — nothing slips through the cracks.
• - QA deliverables before they reach the client.
• **Systems & Optimization**
• - Audit existing workflows and build SOPs for recurring tasks.
• - Identify inefficiencies and create automations (Slack alerts, ClickUp templates, etc.).
• - Contribute to building Tharp Ventures’ “Marketing Operating System.”
