• Develop creative strategies including scripts, hooks, angles, and storyboards for ads.
• Review and QA ad content — distinguish strong ads from weak ones with confidence.
• Collaborate with editors, designers and creators, giving detailed, constructive feedback.
• Stay ahead of TikTok, Meta, and DTC creative trends, proactively recommending new concepts.
• Attend weekly team syncs and be reachable during core hours (9–5 CDT).
• Work closely with the founder and strategist team to ensure creative strategy ties directly to performance metrics.

• Write compelling copy for paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social content.
• Develop hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks based on customer insights and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with strategists and designers to make sure copy and visuals are aligned for maximum performance.
• Iterate copy based on performance data — refining headlines, CTAs, and messaging to improve conversions.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Stay ahead of trends in DTC, social, and wellness marketing to bring innovative approaches to copy.

• Proactively come up with page design ideas that align with the brand but also drive performance.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring pages to life.
• Be a team player, willing to leave ego aside and focus on serving the best interests of the client and brand.
• Primarily work in Figma for landing page design, while also using Google G-Suite and other design tools as needed.
