About the role
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process
- Sourcing, interviewing, screening, recruiting, and recommending placement of candidates
- Use creative sourcing methods to attract quality candidates
- Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers
- Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two years related experience required
- Hospitality industry knowledge
- Hotel work experience preferred
- Ability to travel (including overnight) occasionally for job fairs, meetings, and training.
