About the role

  • Enter material requisitions into the ERP, monitor incoming receipts, and report status to projects and engineering
  • Manage project logistics flows and inventory from receipt, packaging and delivery to customers, ensuring compliance with each contract's requirements and maintaining control of the flow in the ERP
  • Serve as the interface with external logistics providers
  • Write and update operating procedures and SAP procedures for all logistics functions

Requirements

  • Master's-level engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, transport, and international trade regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and client-relations skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities
