About the role
- Preparatory work to catalogue support contracts with Sales and service contract managers
- Support for implementing processes, roles and tools for the Digital Front Office
- Facilitation and documentation of definition meetings (meeting facilitation and minutes)
- Support for service contract managers
- Preparation of internal and client-facing presentation materials
- Capture of lessons learned and consolidation of knowledge from past deployments
- Administration of IT systems related to Customer Relations (Customer Portal and ticketing tools)
- Development of activity and performance reporting tools
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management or International Business (or equivalent)
- Strong interest and aptitude for project management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with standard IT tools
- Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentation materials
- Skills in data visualization and Business Intelligence, notably with Power BI
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Autonomous, proactive, curious and well organized, particularly in change management contexts
