About the role
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of system, subsystem, and interface requirements;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and related work products are consistent with the needs, desires, and concerns of the end-users;
- Ensure that requirements are unambiguous, feasible, testable, and verifiable;
- Develop and maintain requirements specifications and related artefacts within the requirements management tool;
- Ensure bidirectional traceability between requirements and architecture/design, verification, and validation artefacts;
- Perform / Review requirements decomposition / fan-out, including coverage and gap analysis;
- Plan and participate in requirements reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-off activities with engineering and customer representatives.
- Manage requirements baselines and changes, including impact analysis and configuration control.
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in the design and integration of complex systems in commercial and/or military domains.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with a major focus on requirements.
- Ability to succeed in cross-functional/multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to obtain clearances as specified under the Regulatory Compliance section, below.
- University or college degree in engineering or a related discipline.
