About the role

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partner to select the candidates needed to cover the business needs.
  • Collaborate in management of the trainings in Barcelona site and help to create files with all the documents and in digital folders and physical organization.
  • Support on assure the resources on MFG site, trough contact with agencies and maintain the production calendar updated.
  • You will support to apply all the actions plan of audits (ISO).
  • You will keep the fisical files with all the documents following the PCI rules.
  • You will support on Reporting in a monthly basis HRIS.
  • Support in the implementation of HR events and actions of HR policies (Well-being, employee surveys, …)
  • You will support with all the regulations that we need to apply in HR (Lismi/ Equal plan,..)

Requirements

  • Degree on Business Administration, Phycology, Human Resources, RRLL or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Must include Excel.
  • At least 2 years on a similar position.
