About the role
- Contribute to implementing the optimized serial production industrial architecture (physical flows and information flows within the ERP)
- Prepare, build and defend inputs for supply reviews within S&OP cycles
- Implement, maintain and improve the supply chain design throughout the production lifecycle to meet IND commitments (quantities, costs, lead times)
- Align activity assumptions with contributors (IND, Domain, Purchasing) during procurement reviews, in line with validated S&OP scenarios
- Seek simplification of flows to optimize manufacturing lead times, starting from the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase
- Define ambitious yet realistic industrial commitments by presenting the stakes and risks of flow architectures
- Represent the Supply Chain to the Business Line (BL) to integrate constraints (forecasting, offsets, lead times, etc.) into decisions
- Influence decisions during the prototype phase (with the prototype supply chain team) to prepare for serial production
- Ensure correct ERP configuration and optimal use of the ERP for assigned products
- Handover the Supply Chain setup to support teams at the end of the production series lifecycle
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial management (multi-site, multi-discipline, complex industrial programs)
- Experience in Supply Chain and management of industrial teams
- Excellent command of SAP
- Supplier management (procurement, supplier performance)
- Strong rigor, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and dynamism
