About the role
- Drive the performance, simplification and improvement of the CFG (Configuration Management) process
- Define the process annual objectives (in coordination with the discipline lead)
- Lead the management of the process Risks & Opportunities
- Help adapt the Group-level process to meet operational needs
- Monitor process performance based on effectiveness measurements
- Manage and review requests for updates to the Configuration Management framework
- Ensure consistency of IT applications supporting the process
- Define the strategy and lead deployment of process improvements
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Proven experience in quality and/or management of activities/processes
- Solid skills in Configuration Management
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Able to define strategies and optimization plans
- Proactive and improvement-oriented, focused on performance
- Interest in people management
