About the role

  • ENSURE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND GUARANTEE THEIR SATISFACTION / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  • Develop customer satisfaction while defending Thales’ interests
  • Build strong relationships with customer contacts
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external reviews for these customers
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE REGION’S COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
  • Maintain continuous control of outstanding quotes, repairs, or other blockages ("Awaiting customer approvals")
  • If necessary, manage logistical flows with the customer
  • Escalate identified issues to adapt our commercial policies/processes where applicable
  • Propose areas for improvement and lead action plans
  • DRIVE OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
  • In coordination with the CSM and supported by a thorough understanding of contractual commitments
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE EFFECTIVE RUNNING OF THE SERVICE/ORGANIZATION
  • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT APPROACH

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • Strong skills in customer relations and commercial negotiation
  • Good knowledge of industrial operations, Supply Chain and associated tools (SAP / Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reviews, make decisions and follow through on action plans
  • Experience in customer support or client-facing roles within an aerospace or services environment is a plus
