About the role
- ENSURE COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND GUARANTEE THEIR SATISFACTION / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Develop customer satisfaction while defending Thales’ interests
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts
- Prepare and participate in internal and external reviews for these customers
- CONTRIBUTE TO THE REGION’S COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Maintain continuous control of outstanding quotes, repairs, or other blockages ("Awaiting customer approvals")
- If necessary, manage logistical flows with the customer
- Escalate identified issues to adapt our commercial policies/processes where applicable
- Propose areas for improvement and lead action plans
- DRIVE OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
- In coordination with the CSM and supported by a thorough understanding of contractual commitments
- CONTRIBUTE TO THE EFFECTIVE RUNNING OF THE SERVICE/ORGANIZATION
- SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT APPROACH
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent (BAC+5) in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
- Strong skills in customer relations and commercial negotiation
- Good knowledge of industrial operations, Supply Chain and associated tools (SAP / Salesforce)
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reviews, make decisions and follow through on action plans
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles within an aerospace or services environment is a plus
