About the role
- Lead and manage the industrial supply chain roadmap
- Facilitate the implementation of new practices
- Propose and facilitate pragmatic adjustments for supply chain activities
- Take responsibility for managing selected targeted projects
- Manage the deployment of Lean and InCight approaches
- Prepare the multi-year budget
- Define and manage an industrial "supply chain cockpit" (control dashboard)
- Act as the link between DMS supply chain functions and contribute to building an effective operational team
- Manage shared tools (SHPERE, iOBEYA)
- Prepare the required KPIs and dashboards
- Validate Purchase Requests (DA - Demandes d’Achats) within the scope for investments
- Ensure regular communication of updates and key developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- Significant experience of at least 10 years in a supply chain environment
- Knowledge of industrial practices (ERP, MRP II, PLM)
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle: develop, produce, procure, sustain
- Hands-on experience with Lean tools and ability to propose concrete transformation actions and associated roadmaps
- APICS/CPIM certification would be an advantage
- Proficiency with ERP (SAP) and PLM tools
- Professional working proficiency in English preferred
