About the role

  • Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of responses to tenders for complex technical solutions
  • Ensure the quality, competitiveness and compliance of proposals
  • Lead responses to tenders (RFP, RFI, EOI) in coordination with Sales, Technical, Legal and Finance teams
  • Ensure the overall quality of the bid, integrating the winning strategy defined with Sales
  • Apply the Bid Management process and ensure governance of key stages (Bid Gates, meeting minutes, action tracking)
  • Coordinate internal contributions and manage interactions with partners and third-party clients
  • Support the negotiation phase through to handover to project teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bid Management practices and to knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (computer science, electronics, etc.) or a business school degree
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in tender management or complex projects
  • Coordination of technical, commercial and financial responses
  • Cross-functional work with multi-site, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Understanding of technical solutions (IT, biometrics, electronics, software)
