Administration

• Technical responsibility for our ELO ECM platform: administration, operation and continuous enhancement of our ELO environment
• Project work in the ECM domain: planning and implementation of projects for the introduction and further development of ECM solutions as well as the digitization of document-based business processes
• Workflow and structure design: design, optimization and maintenance of folder/file structures, workflows and authorization concepts
• System integration: technical integration of the ECM system with ERP, EDI and other business applications
• Database and interface support: assistance with database queries (e.g. SQL) and ensuring stable data flows between systems
• Governance & compliance: implementation and assurance of archiving, data protection and compliance requirements (e.g. GoBD, GDPR)
• Stable system operations: ensuring high-performance system operations including 2nd/3rd level support
• Cross-system collaboration: active participation in IT projects with interfaces to ERP, EDI and other business applications

DMS / ECM Administrator – Application Support

• Technische Verantwortung für unsere ELO ECM Plattform: Administration, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer ELO-Umgebung
• Projektarbeit im ECM-Umfeld: Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ECM-Lösungen sowie zur Digitalisierung dokumentenbasierter Geschäftsprozesse
• Workflow- und Strukturdesign: Konzeption, Optimierung und Pflege von Aktenstrukturen, Workflows und Berechtigungskonzepten
• Systemintegration: Technische Anbindung des ECM-Systems an ERP-, EDI- und weitere Fachapplikationen
• Datenbank- und Schnittstellenbetreuung: Unterstützung bei Datenbankabfragen (z. B. SQL) sowie Sicherstellung stabiler Datenflüsse zwischen Systemen
• Governance & Compliance: Umsetzung und Sicherstellung von Archivierungs-, Datenschutz- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. GoBD, DSGVO)
• Stabiler Systembetrieb: Sicherstellung eines performanten Systembetriebs inklusive 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
• Systemübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Aktive Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten mit Schnittstellen zu ERP-, EDI- und weiteren Business Applications
