About the role
- Join a growing Customer Success team supporting global retailers and brands using tgndata® in over 30 countries.
- Guide new customers through onboarding, support their needs using our platform, and work closely with product engineers to ensure new accounts are delivered at maximum quality.
- Manage a portfolio of existing international customers and work closely with Product teams to ensure their success.
- Drive contract value expansion by matching platform features to customer needs.
- Be the primary contact for coordination and follow-up on customer issues.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve problems fast.
- Keep NDR and customer satisfaction high, contributing to our growth.
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory (German is a plus).
- Prior Experience in Customer Success/Support in technology company ideally SaaS.
- Great at breaking down complex topics into clear, helpful answers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to spot issues before they escalate.
- Well organized and able to manage multiple customer priorities independently.
