About the role

  • Join a growing Customer Success team supporting global retailers and brands using tgndata® in over 30 countries.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding, support their needs using our platform, and work closely with product engineers to ensure new accounts are delivered at maximum quality.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing international customers and work closely with Product teams to ensure their success.
  • Drive contract value expansion by matching platform features to customer needs.
  • Be the primary contact for coordination and follow-up on customer issues.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve problems fast.
  • Keep NDR and customer satisfaction high, contributing to our growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is mandatory (German is a plus).
  • Prior Experience in Customer Success/Support in technology company ideally SaaS.
  • Great at breaking down complex topics into clear, helpful answers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to spot issues before they escalate.
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple customer priorities independently.
