💰 $80,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Focus on life, disability, and long-term care insurance sales and servicing
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and via Zoom) to assess needs and present solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks of influence
- Learn and explain carrier illustrations, proposals, and quotes
- Participate in joint client meetings during training, transitioning to independent management within 3–6 months
- Leverage Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, SmartOffice CRM, and carrier illustration systems for daily operations
- Manage and service a large book of business in a process-driven manner
Requirements
- Life and/or disability insurance sales experience
- Active Life & Health license
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Process-driven with the ability to manage a high-volume client base
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Health & Dental insurance
- 401(k) with 3% match
