About the role
- Lead the production process from shooting to editing for YouTube-first formats
- Shape raw footage into compelling stories that make finance concepts approachable
- Collaborate with scriptwriters and traders to ensure narrative accuracy and clarity
- Use graphics, pacing, and storytelling techniques to maximize viewer retention
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Stay current with YouTube editing and packaging trends, particularly in finance edutainment
Requirements
- Strong interest in finance, investing, and trading
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing (YouTube strongly preferred)
- Ability to both shoot and edit content independently (camera/lighting + Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Proven track record of making technical subjects visually engaging and entertaining
- Strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end production workflows
- Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading experience are a plus
