• Experiment with long-form formats designed to educate, inspire, and entertain the brand’s global audience.
• Collaborate with internal brand, product, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Partner with Snowball to analyze YouTube performance data and continuously optimize for reach, retention, and engagement.

• Develop and execute short-form video formats aligned with Monarch’s mission, voice, and brand values
• Own the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing support
• Translate personal finance concepts into clear, engaging, and relatable vertical video
• Create high-quality, platform-native content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Experiment with hooks, storytelling styles, and visual approaches to maximize retention and reach
• Collaborate with Snowball and Monarch’s Brand and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Work with Snowball to analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
• Stay current on platform trends, best practices, and evolving short-form formats
