About the role
- Develop and maintain pricing efforts across Xbox Games Studios portfolio for both console and PC platforms.
- Align with Marketing and Xbox Games Studios business managers to set promotional pricing and price drop efforts for Xbox first party games.
- Support Xbox first party games promotional placements across digital stores.
- Assist with pricing reporting and manage price change submissions.
- Retrieve first party games performance reporting from a variety of data sources via Excel or Power BI.
- Assist with collection and distribution of marketing assets and copy for use in first and third-party digital storefronts.
- Manage asset and copy submissions for promotional placements in first party digital storefronts.
- Capture proof of execution and distribute weekly updates to franchise marketing teams.
- Develop and deliver program communication status to key stakeholders to ensure that all relevant parties are kept in the loop.
Requirements
- A passion for video games, with proven experience in the gaming industry and/or particularly knowledgeable about PC, console, and gaming trends.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or pricing management in a CPG environment, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management, or related field.
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience working within a large complex organization and driving collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and provide solutions.
- Proven ability to break down complex ideas and convey them succinctly.
- Proven ability to deliver campaign insights and reporting in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in responding and rapidly adapting to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
