About the role

  • Support Sales and Finance teams by developing dashboards, validating data, and delivering actionable insights
  • Analyze customer and fleet data to identify trends and support solution-based sales strategies
  • Build and maintain reports using Salesforce and other tools to serve internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including data imports, migrations, and business initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, clean-up, and maintenance activities
  • Conduct training sessions for team members and customers on systems, tools, and best practices
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Interface with IT to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues
  • Travel occasionally (less than 10%) to customer sites as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in statistics, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Sales Force experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance
