About the role
- Support Sales and Finance teams by developing dashboards, validating data, and delivering actionable insights
- Analyze customer and fleet data to identify trends and support solution-based sales strategies
- Build and maintain reports using Salesforce and other tools to serve internal teams and customers
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, including data imports, migrations, and business initiatives
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation, clean-up, and maintenance activities
- Conduct training sessions for team members and customers on systems, tools, and best practices
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Interface with IT to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues
- Travel occasionally (less than 10%) to customer sites as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in statistics, finance, data analytics, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Sales Force experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance
