About the role

  • Client Identification – Proactively identify potential customers in your area through in-person prospecting, outreach, networking and referrals;
  • Relationship Building – Meet with current and prospective customers in person to understand their challenges, build empathy and trust, and deliver a positive experience;
  • Closing Sales – Use effective sales strategies to win new business and achieve your targets;
  • Product Knowledge – Become an expert in everything Teya and develop in-depth knowledge of our products;
  • Market Feedback – Collaborate with the wider company by providing valuable field insights to help improve our products;
  • Customer Retention – Proactively nurture long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Teya solutions;
  • Brand Representation – Act as Teya’s representative and the primary point of contact in your area, embodying our values and vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing or sales roles;
  • Fluency in Portuguese (English is a plus);
  • Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
