About the role
- Design and execute GTM strategies for all Teya products, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Own the end-to-end process for product launches, coordinating across product, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver successful rollouts.
- Integrate new product flows into existing commercial processes (pricing, sales, onboarding, customer management, and support) to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, assess commercialization effectiveness, and recommend improvements to maximize impact and ROI.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to plan and manage commercial cycles, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or commercialization, ideally in fintech, payments, or technology.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting
- Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple launches and priorities with ease.
- Exceptional analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you’ll work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with process design and integration, ensuring new product initiatives fit seamlessly into pricing, sales, and customer lifecycle management.
- You speak fluently Czech/Slovak and English
