About the role

  • Owning end-to-end product design across multiple surfaces—from early concepts through detailed specs and implementation support
  • Designing data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, maps, and timelines that make complex systems understandable and actionable
  • Designing AI-native experiences: conversational interfaces, intelligent suggestions, and workflows that blend human judgment with automation
  • Creating consumer-facing flows: enrollment, device connection, and onboarding that feel simple despite technical complexity
  • Building and evolving our design system (140+ components and growing)
  • Shipping fast with high standards—prototyping quickly, making decisions, and delivering without endless iteration

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing complex products, ideally B2B or enterprise
  • Strong systems thinking and excellent visual design
  • Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
  • Nice to have AI/ML products, copilot-style interfaces, or generative UI
  • Nice to have developer tools, APIs, or platform products
  • Nice to have frontend familiarity (React, HTML/CSS)
  • Nice to have early-stage startup experience (0→1)
  • Nice to have energy, utilities, or infrastructure software
