About the role
- Identify prospects and book qualified meetings
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels)
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for sales team
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene
- Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches
- Support Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination
- Assist with case study development and content creation
- Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from EU team
- Help build systems and processes as the service line scales
Requirements
- 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Able to write compelling, personalized outreach
- Motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
- Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Bonus: Uses Reddit and understands SEO/GEO
