• Coordinate internally to make sure deadlines are met and deliverables match what was promised
• Keep clean records of decisions, action items, and approvals so nothing falls through the cracks
• As your clients see results, recognize when additional services could extend that success — and surface those conversations as part of serving them well
• Monitor campaign performance and share data-driven insights with clients and your internal team
• De-escalate issues when they arise by focusing on solutions, not just apologies
• Stay current on AI and content marketing trends so you can speak credibly with clients about what's changing in the space
