About the role
- Provide support to customer support colleagues in the Container Management area
- Serve as a point of contact for national customers and independently handle their inquiries
- Conduct customer satisfaction analyses
- Manage complaints responsibly and document them
- Capture and maintain customer and billing data in the CRM system
Requirements
- Some prior experience in an office role — preferably in a logistics environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Good IT skills — common MS Office applications
- Initial experience working with a CRM system
