About the role

  • You will advance Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives for Teva globally within a worldwide community.
  • You will act as project lead in collaboration with the Global Lead of I&D.
  • You will be actively involved in varied activities (project management, change management, communications concepts, analytics).
  • You will have the flexibility to shape additional topics based on your interests and strengths: at the start of the internship all HR initiatives will be presented and you will select the ones that interest you most.
  • You will learn our methods and tools and apply them actively — from digital tools to New Work concepts such as Design Thinking.
  • You will organize our intern networking event together with other interns, giving you the opportunity to connect with fellow interns.

Requirements

  • You are a registered student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Education, or a comparable degree program, and you are motivated and confident to take an active role in a globally responsible community.
  • You have very good spoken and written English skills.
  • You are proficient with M365 and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You enjoy working with new methods and technologies.
  • You have initial experience in project management or demonstrate an analytical, structured, and at the same time creative approach.
  • You are self-assured, communicative, and enjoy working in a team and in a global environment.
