About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans
- Lead a cross-functional brand team, including highly competitive strategy development, promotional campaigns, and performance monitoring
- Mentor and guide junior team members and interns to support talent development
- Oversee agency partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and programs
- Represent Teva Canada at external events, advisory boards, and industry working groups, contributing to the evolution of the migraine market segment
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Training to ensure brand strategies are aligned and competitively executed
- Serve as the marketing liaison to Sales and Sales Training teams during Plan of Action meetings and advisory boards
- Conduct advanced market analysis, including studies on disease burden, market metrics, gross-to-net, and budget impact, to inform brand positioning
- Lead monthly and annual forecasting and financial processes using robust analytical methodologies
- Monitor changes in the Canadian migraine and reimbursement landscape to proactively address challenges and optimize brand strategy
- Manage brand budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
- Ensure adherence to Canadian pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and industry standards
- Analyze product performance metrics and oversee inventory management for marketed products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline required
- MBA or advanced degree in life sciences or business is an asset
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in pharmaceutical product, brand, or sales management, ideally within CNS, psychiatry, or specialty medicines
- Demonstrated success in product launches, achieving formulary access, and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical and project management abilities with proven expertise in data interpretation and forecasting
- Experience in Patient Support Programs and multichannel marketing strategies required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual in French and English preferred
- Knowledge of English is required for this position to communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams located outside of Quebec
- Willingness to travel occasionally within North America
