About the role
- Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals ethically and in accordance with the company's Compliance policies, always prioritizing patient well-being.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in territory management, identifying opportunities and demonstrating proactive leadership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent TEVA to healthcare professionals with evidence-based information.
- Plan and execute the promotional cycle with a focus on productivity.
- Use promotional materials according to marketing strategies and the profile of each visit.
- Record visit information, update records, and perform daily connections.
- Qualify the medical panel/points of sale (POS) according to the company's target.
- Apply sales techniques for targeted promotion.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose neutralization strategies.
- Capture insights and opportunities for continuing medical education.
- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and institutions.
- Understand the patient and stakeholder journey, proposing relevant solutions.
- Contribute to increasing demand for TEVA products, following Marketing and Sales guidelines and strategies.
- Achieve monthly targets: demand, panel coverage, frequency, training scores.
- Understand the hospital journey in neurology and pursue actions that improve product performance.
- Develop and manage action plans for key clients.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze audits (DDD, Audit, MDTR, DataSUS) to adjust strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with B2B sales techniques, the non-retail market, and the patient access journey with healthcare payers.
- Experience in developing and supporting the creation of treatment guidelines and protocols.
- Experience as a Pharmaceutical Industry Representative in CNS and/or Neurology, Rare Diseases, and/or related areas.
- Knowledge of market audit analysis (IMS, DATASUS, etc.).
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategic planning.
- Availability to travel and visit clients in the São Paulo region.
